Our ordering process is pretty easy. Just go to the
catalog page of your choice and click on "Buy Now" next
to the item you want. It will take you to a PayPal
shopping cart. If you already have a PayPal account, you
may use it. If you do not have one, you can either set
one up, or bypass that and simply use your credit card or
bank account. We like to keep it easy for our customers.
We also want to remind you that we do special orders;
just give us a call and we can make something
personalized just for you.

Shipping Information
We can ship
to any address in the USA and Canada. Shipping and
Handling will be charged based on the items selected.
Tax will be included for all Washington State mailing
addresses.
Delivery Time - We strive to ship all orders
within three days of receipt of payment, based on the
availability of the items you choose.
Return Policy
You may
return your new items for a full refund within 30 days
of receipt of your shipment (Shipping and Handling will
not be refunded). We cannot accept items returned after

any questions or concerns regarding a return.
Exchanges of Damaged or Defective Items - We
can exchange items only if they are defective or
damaged.
Packing and Sending Your Return
Follow these easy steps:

Pack the items along with a packing slip (receipt)
securely in the box. You must use box the items arrived
in.

Contact us at (360)458-1490 to receive your Return
Authorization Number.

Affix a shipping label to the outside of the box.
♥
Ship to the address below
Lost Your Packing Slip? Enclose a separate
sheet of paper noting the name and e-mail address of the
person who purchased the item, along with the reason for
your return, and send the package to the address below:
