♦ Do you offer a guarantee? Yes, absolutely! We offer a 30 day, money back guarantee, as long as the item is shipped back in new condition in the original packing materials.

♦ Is there sales tax on my items? Sales tax applies only to orders from the state of Washington. It is 8.5% and is applied to your order automatically on the checkout page of your shopping cart, if you live in WA.

♦ Can I wash my item in the washing machine REALLY, without it falling apart or fading? Yes, indeed! We pride ourselves on making everything as easy as possible for the new mommies who own our products. You may wash in warm or cold water and dry on low.

♦ Do you accept orders from and ship to other countries besides the USA? Right now, we ship to the USA and Canada only. If you are ordering from Canada, please use the link on the catalog page to add a small additional shipping cost for Canada. If you live in another country and wish to order, please call so we can discuss special arrangements.

♦ Is my information kept private? One of the nice things about using PayPal for accepting your payment is that your information goes through an extremely secure server for payment information, so you can always rest assured that all of your private information is safe.
